@DaveRubin, I have decided to go on a News Diet for the month of August. I am going to dive into my reading list and tackle the books I have been meaning to get to, work on my own writing, and pursue my language learning goals. While I can't lock up my computer and my mobile because I need them for audio books and writing, I will not check social media, I will not check the news, and I will not listen to my news oriented podcasts and Youtubers. I realise I am leaving on a cliffhanger -- will Biden's Veep be Harris or Rice -- but no matter what happens, I already know that Ghislaine Maxwell didn't kill herself, and that is enough to be getting on with until September 1st.
