The US Constitution does NOT allow for a 'right' to "protest" anywhere in its pages. The right to a "peaceful assembly" is what it guarantees under the law. The BoR also does not allow a specific 'right' to 'protest', but again, underlines the 'right' to gather in public, peacefully, for any reason other than an unlawful one, but does not confer a 'right' to engage in 'protest', and there is certainy no 'right' to violence, rioting, & assault.
Absolutely incredible. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
