As someone who worked in higher education for 20+ years and suffered the Obama administration's hostility to common sense, I applaud Trump's DOJ and Dept. of Education. They have issued several great actions in the last few years (e.g. removing the distinction between "National" and "Regional" accreditation, which is a big deal for loosening the monopolistic grip of government schools) but today's info is getting lots of media attention outside of Academic circles for obvious reasons.

"There is no such thing as a nice form of race discrimination," said Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband of the Civil Rights Division. "Unlawfully dividing Americans into racial and ethnic blocs fosters stereotypes, bitterness, and division. It is past time for American institutions to recognize that all people should be treated with decency and respect and without unlawful regard to the color of their skin."

My big take-away from the Presidential debate, can be summed-up in one single short sentence; Joe Biden is a lying bastard.

@TheRubinReport My daughter, who is a millennial, was participating in the BLM protests. I suggested that she start watching you. She did. She is now no longer participating in BLM protests and every day she asks me, "Did you watch the latest Rubin Report?" I just want to say again, thank you for all that you and your team are doing. I know you have suffered a lot Dave, but every person you help see the 'light,' I hope, lessens the pain and makes you stronger.
