The Rubin Recap
Issue 4: June 13th, 2024

Hey There Rubinites,

Hope you all are having a great week! Welcome to the fourth issue of The Rubin Recap! I’m excited to continue sharing facts, insights, and more while always hearing your thoughts on all things Rubin Report. Let’s get into it!

This Week on The Rubin Report:

This week, after returning from my trip to New York, I settled back into my regular routine. The world remained chaotic but don’t worry I made sure to keep you up to date on all the stories amidst this crazy weather we’ve been having in Miami.

On Monday, I started the week off discussing the unbelievable news of Israel’s rescue of four hostages in Central Gaza after they were taken captive by Hamas on October 7th of last year. But of course that didn’t come without discussing the pro-terror juveniles who vandalized Washington D.C. just hours after the IDF returned from their mission. I went on to talk about John Fetterman’s appearance on “Real Time with Bill Maher” where the crowd went wild after he explained why the Democrats and progressives have lost their minds over Israel’s response to the brutal October 7th attacks. I referenced Mosab Hossan, the son of a cofounder of Hamas’ appearance on Jordan Peterson’s podcast where he unveiled what their real goal is and the true meaning of intifada. We went over Gavin Newsom’s MAJOR backlash for raising the minimum wage for fast food workers to $20 an hour as a ton of companies lay off huge numbers of employees. I delved into that clip of Bill Maher and the “Fifth Column” host Matt Welch discussing Biden’s failed attempt to solve the issue at the border before the 2024 election with a last minute executive order. Lastly  I looked into Dr. Phil’s interview with Donald Trump and explained how it is converting many of his viewers to consider voting for the orange man this November. I also joined Chanale Fellig-Harrel's Show as her 200th guest to discuss the recent news from Israel!

On Tuesday we started off strongly discussing how Justin Trudeau appeared scared in his speech when responding to the election of “far right” parties in the most recent round of European elections. We moved on to Kevin O’Leary’s interview on Fox New’s where he told Neil Cavuto the real reason Trudeau is the WORST leader that Canada has ever had. I then switched gears to talk about the technological sector of the world and Elon Musk’s warning of the dangers of Apple’s iPhone running OpenAI’s ChatGBT. I also referenced “The View’s” Sunny Hostin’s constant critique of black republicans who don’t think like her and how the migrant crisis and pushing more black voters to turn away from Biden, particularly in deep blue areas like Chicago. Lastly, I had a laugh with Ricky Gervais’ brilliant parody of celebrity influencers trying to use their fame to sway how people vote in the upcoming elections.

On Wednesday I began by discussing AOC’s confession with Kara Swisher that she has fears of Donald Trump putting her in jail if he is re-elected in November and Elon Musk’s hilarious reaction to it. Then I moved on to Hunter Biden being charged guilty on all accounts and the media's sympathetic standing of the verdict. I referenced Viviek Ramaswamy’s take on the verdict being used as a distraction from Hunter’s real crimes involving the Burisma-Ukraine scandal. That’s when I mentioned Joe Rogan’s interview with Tim Dillon and his growing skepticism of the upcoming presidential election. I also made sure to discuss the danger of World War III increasing as Russian warships with hypersonic missiles arrive off the coast of Cuba; NBC News’ Lester Holt reporting that members of ISIS from Tajikistan had exploited the border crisis at the southern border to get into America. I made sure to talk about Joe Biden being heckled by pro-Palestine protesters and their taking over an NYC subway car to hunt for Zionists. We ended the day off by taking a look at Jonathan Haidt’s four simple rules for smartphone use that could save future generations.

On Thursday we discussed the blowback and defense of the WNBA’s decision to not put Caitlin Clark on the 2024 Women’s Basketball Olympics team. We linked the quasi racist attacks against Caitin Clark to the broader pro-DEI sentiment held by the left today and even democrats like James Carville are saying his party has screwed over their messaging as a consequence of playing identity politics.

On Friday I will be taking the day to focus on my writing and potential new book. It’s been a while since I had a day to just focus on the kids and family so I’m really excited to sit back at home just in time for a long thunderstorm weekend! I’ll also be releasing the roundtable with Dr. Drew and Jay Bhattacharya where we took the time to discuss Trump’s tactical outreach to new and younger voters given the news that he just went on Logan Paul’s IMPULSIVE podcast. We also discussed the breaking news of Dr. Mike Yeadon, former Vice President of Pfizer, saying that the vaccines are designed to kill human fertility. And lastly, we finished the week strong by highlighting Jillian Michael’s warning against Ozempic on Sage Steele’s podcast and linking this with Bill Gates' call to eliminate all animal consumption in the United States.

The Rubin Recap
Issue 3: June 6th, 2024

Hey There Rubinites,

Hope you all are having a great week! Welcome to the third issue of The Rubin Recap! I’m excited to continue sharing facts, insights, and more while always hearing your thoughts on all things Rubin Report. Let’s get into it!

This Week on The Rubin Report:

This week has been a complete JAM packed with chaotic news from the Trump Trail, the Hunter hearing, Fauci and more! On Monday I headed over to NYC where I stopped by the Fox Headquarters to join America Reports, The Guy Benson Show and Gutfeld! We focused on the recent verdict of the Trump trial and what it potentially means for the election results. Some other topics we discussed included immigration, the DOJ pushing back against the release of Biden-Hur audio, how the city has become unrecognizable in its shocking decline, and Anthony Fauci testifying at Congress. After taping over at Gutfeld I got to hang out with some of my old comedian friends over dinner at Del Frisco's steakhouse. I’ve known these guys for over fifteen years so it was great to catch up and see how everyone’s been doing. While I didn’t have a Direct Message to start off the week, make sure to check those clips out. I will be uploading them to Locals and sharing some insights on my time over there in the future so be sure to stay tuned!

Then on Tuesday, after getting almost no sleep, waking up at 6 am, and almost losing my wallet I stopped by to join The Megyn Kelly Show and Jesse Watters Live! Megyn and I discussed so many topics including the New Washington Post CEO calling out his woke newsroom failures and the pushback they received for appointing four white men in positions of leadership, the push by the left to celebrate the jailing of their political opponent, how Caitlyn Clark is helping the WNBA, and more! Jesse and I made sure to touch on recent news regarding how Biden’s sticky handprints are all over anti-trump cases, the double standard for Republicans when it comes to the rule of law, and suspicions that the Biden-Hur transcripts were doctored! As I said on the show, “I think we have every reason to believe they doctored the transcripts. He’s a rambling, old, buffoon!” What do you guys think? Check out the full clip here.

On Wednesday, as you probably noticed I had no live show as I was en route back from NYC. The trip was amazing and the food was even better. I’ll share more about it later on here.

On Thursday I discussed my time over in New York City and all of the interviews we shot. I went over Joe Rogan and Tony Hichcliffe’s discussion on how Trump’s conviction may have backfired for Democrats as his approval with black voters is skyrocketing. I also broached a clip of 50 Cent stunning a reporter on why support among black voters from Trump is skyrocketing. In addition, I made sure to cover Ben Shapiro’s response on "Piers Morgan Uncensored” where he explained why the DOJ’s targeting of Donald Trump is far more dangerous than Trump’s empty threats against Hillary Clinton. Lastly, I shot a Q & A that will be going LIVE this Friday where I answered some of your guy’s questions on politics, my personal life and more!

This Friday we’ve got a great show lined up for you! I’m going to talk about the Death of Hollywood, Late Night and Justice. My Q & A for the week will also officially air and I can’t wait to see your guy’s questions. Of course we will end it off with some Biden and other woke gaffes.

This Week’s Sit Down Interviews:

In my most recent Sit-Down, I talked to my close friend Russell Brand. We discussed the challenges of maintaining family privacy while having a public image, the toxicity of fame, and his concerns over exposing too much of his personal life particularly when it comes to his children on social media. We delved deep into the challenges his family has faced, including his son’s recent open heart surgery and how it gave him a whole new perspective on life. Russell also shared with me his awakening to living life spiritually and truthfully since becoming Christian. What were your thoughts on the interview? To watch clips of our interview subscribe to my Youtube page, or receive full access to the full clip through a premium subscription to Locals.

Looking Ahead:

Get ready because the Rubin Report is about to rebrand. We have some exciting new deals, opportunities, and footage coming your way. While I can’t say too much now, be sure to stay tuned. We may just maybe be filming some cool new footage for The Rubin Report 2.0 trailer this Thursday…but who knows, you’ll have to keep an eye out for more details to come. I also will be shooting an exciting interview with the one and only Riley Gaines where we will be discussing her new book, Swimming Against the Current: Fighting for Common Sense in a World that’s lost its mind. I would love to hear your thoughts, so let me know any questions you guys think I should ask her!

To watch our full interviews make sure to subscribe to our Youtube channel or become a supporter of The Rubin Report on Locals!

Special Announcements:

I’m very excited to announce that on July 25th there will be a LOCALS meetup! More details to come in addition to location and time! Stay tuned!

Dave’s Fave’s and Insights:

This weekend I kept it on the down low and made some classic Chicken Parm. You can be sure I’m sharing the recipe here. I want to get more creative in the kitchen so share with me some things you guys think I should test out. Who knows, maybe I’ll be whipping your recipe up in the kitchen next week.

I also got my biweekly haircut last week to get ready for those interviews over in New York City. I always go to the same Italian spot where I visit my fav Italian guy named Guido. He’s great and the most proud and successful immigrant I know that truly accomplished the American Dream.

The food in NYC was absolutely incredible. Still trying to recover from Tuesday Night’s Italian dinner. Do you guys have a favorite restaurant over in the Big Apple? I’m always taking suggestions.

I’ve been in the garden a lot recently and I wanted to share with you all some of the cool things I’ve been growing in this Miami heat.

I hope you guys have some exciting things planned for this weekend. Feel free to share it in the comments below. I also need more inspo, especially when it comes down to fun things to do with the kids, so get creative!

Weekly Motivation:

Let's end the week off with some motivation:

If you care about anything—whether it’s the economy, school choice, or safety—it doesn’t matter. Without addressing the immigration issue, nothing will truly change. We can’t move forward if we remain unaware of who is in our country. After my media appearances in New York, I’ve come to realize that we must continue advocating for ourselves, standing up for what’s right, and speaking the truth. Real change won’t happen unless we all come together."

Signing Off:

Well, that's all folks. Make sure to share this newsletter with friends and family and continue to hop on every Thursday at 6pm for my weekly updates. Let me know what you guys want to see on the show or in my newsletter next!

Until next time, stay sane and keep the conversation going!

The Rubin Recap
Issue 2: May 30th, 2024

Hey There Rubinites,

Hope you all had an amazing Memorial Day weekend! Welcome to the second issue of The Rubin Recap! I’m excited to continue sharing facts, insights, and more while always hearing your thoughts on all things Rubin Report. Let’s get into it!

This Week on The Rubin Report:

Although this week was a bit shorter, I made sure to cover everything you need to know and can’t wait to get you guys up to speed. On Tuesday, I covered Don Lemon’s disastrous interview on “The Full Send Podcast,” where he was confronted about the government’s COVID policies and Biden’s increasing cognitive decline. Apologies again for bringing Lemon back on the show, but this was just too good to skip. I also talked about Charlamagne tha God’s critique, AKA Lenny, of Biden’s Morehouse College commencement speech, and the surprising support for Trump among black and Hispanic communities at the South Bronx rally. I mentioned Trump’s conversation with Tim Pool about his plans for mass deportation of illegal migrants, and Biden’s Memorial Day nap caught on camera at one of the most important events at Arlington National Cemetery. I also referenced Pete Buttigiegs appearance on “Face the Nation,” and host Margaret Brennan laughing in his face after hearing his explanation for why only 8 EV charging stations had been built after an investment of $7.5 billion. While the government managed to build only 8 EV charging stations in the last four years, Tesla under Elon Musk’s leadership has managed to create over 6,000 stations globally in a shorter period of time demonstrating the incompetence of the Biden Administration.

On Wednesday, I hosted the EU-US Forum Panel Discussion and Dinner at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C., where we engaged in a critical discussion on Border Policy. The panel, composed of experts like Chad Wolf, James Carafano, Kara Frederick, Matt Mowers, and Joe Grogan, deliberated on the escalating challenges of illegal immigration in the US and EU. We examined the implications of the upcoming elections on immigration policies and border security, emphasizing the need for effective leadership and robust solutions. Remember this was an event I only shared with the Locals Community so always check for exclusive updates! The full panel will be uploaded to our subscribers next week so be on the lookout.

For my (abbreviated) Direct Message, I talked about Rashia Talib’s controversial speech at the People’s Conference for Palestine which was funded by the far-left People’s Forum and had speakers like Wisam Rafeedie, who have been linked to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, a U.S. designated foreign terrorist organization. I also discussed Roua Daas speaking openly about how pro-Palestine college protests are being used to train students for violent revolution. I tweeted about a group of students at NYU whose majors included Queering and Decolonizing Theatre Practice and The Performance of Self. I can’t even begin to imagine the amount of debt these students are in for a degree that will prove utterly useless. These institutions are curating Starbucks baristas! I also reference a resurfaced clip of a 28 year old Benjamin Netenyahu as he made some chilling observations on the Israel-Palestine conflict. In other news,  I talked about Ilhan Omar and Cori Bush’s Twitter mishap where they had to delete their Memorial Day tweets because they missed the memo on what the holiday actually means. And of course, I hosted a Q&A session and answered a ton of questions from the Rubin Report Locals community.

On Thursday we discussed Robert De Niro’s press conference outside the Trump Trial in NYC where he was mocked and heckled by Trump supporters. I went on to talk about that clip on the mental institution known as MSNBC’s “Real America’s Voice,” where Ben Berquam asked Joy Reid what it’s like to have trump derangement syndrome to her face! Then I referenced Megyn Kelly pointing out a key detail of Judge Merchan’s running of Trump’s trial that proves he was denied due process by the details that were kept hidden from him and his lawyers. We moved on to Joy Bayhar’s bizarre conversation with Dr. Jill Biden about his cognitive health. I also gave some insight on Michael Malice explaining to Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh why it is likely that Hillary Clinton might force Joe Biden out of the 2024 election. To top it all off I talked about Dennis Quaid telling Piers Morgan what made him decide to vote for Trump.

We’re finishing off the week strong with an absolute all star cast on the Roundtable! Sage Steele and Riley Gaines will be talking with me about the recent South Park vs Lizzo controversy, the continued push for same sex sports competitions, Joy Reid’s horrendous interview with BRITNEY GRINER, and NBA Host’s attempt to backtrack their attacks on Kyrie Irving when he refused to get the vaccine a few years back.

This Week’s Sit Down Interviews:

In my most recent Sit-Down, I talked to Gad Saad about the increasing challenges of speaking out in academia and society. We shared our frustrations about how long standing warnings regarding cultural and societal issues continue to fall on deaf ears. Saad and I also talked about how academia is increasingly failing to address these pressing issues due to an extreme lack of courage by tenured professors. We also didn’t hold back on addressing the broader issue of societal complacency that occurs until problems become too big to ignore.

Looking Ahead:

Get ready, because this Friday I’m welcoming Russell Brand for a Sit Down conversation. We will be doing back-to-back interviews on his “Stay Free Podcast” and on our channel at The Rubin Report. The full exclusive interview will be released on Locals. Share some questions you want me to ask him in the comments below!

I’m having mixed feelings about going to New York City (add something like home of the immigration and land of the liberals)! There I’ll be doing some exciting interviews on Gutfeld, Jesse Watters and more, so make sure to stay tuned for more updates.

To watch our full interviews make sure to subscribe to our Youtube channel or become a supporter of The Rubin Report on Locals!

Dave’s Fave’s and Insights:

The long-weekend was super fun for me as I spent quality time with family and of course grilled up a storm on the BBQ. I whipped up some skirt, tomahawk, filet seasoned three ways and more. But I want to know what you guys did! How did you all spend your Memorial Day Weekend? Any recipes you want to share with me? You guys know I love trying out your recipes. Maybe I’ll try a few this week…

I also went to the movie theaters for the first time in FIVE years and saw Furiosa, the prequel to the MadMax saga. It was awesome to say the least! If you loved the first one, you will love this. I’m definitely adding it to my favorites list. I suggest you head on over to the movie theaters right now to see it. Any other shows or movies you think I should see?

Weekly Motivation:

Let’s end the week off with some motivation:

It’s all downhill from immigration. That’s why it’s so important to be informed, think for yourself and stay sane. America ain’t bad guys! We got something to fight for. I’m counting on each and every one of you to stand tall. Keep your head in the game and let’s win this fight.

Signing Off:

Well, that's all folks. Make sure to share this newsletter with friends and family and continue to hop on every Thursday at 6pm for my weekly updates. Let me know what you guys want to see on the show or in my newsletter next!

Until next time, stay sane and keep the conversation going!

Bye, Ciao, Stay Hard,

Dave Rubin
