The politically correct thing would be to blend into the community for awhile and establish trust before saying anything questionable...instead I’m just going to jump right to it and see if this community can handle me 😁

I’m deeply troubled by the situation that has unfolded around gay marriage. The frustrating part is that I am not against gay couples wanting to be recognized as a couple by law. At the same time, gay marriage is not the same as traditional marriage between a man and a woman. There are many similarities, just as there are important differences. Equating gay marriage to traditional marriage is the same as saying there is no difference between men and women.

So I am deeply concerned at the consequences this is having and that it will have for society as a whole. And if you want to understand why I feel it will affect society so much, then I would encourage you to read the article I will link at the end of this. It does a better job of explaining my concerns...
