Hey There Rubinites,
Hope you all had an amazing Memorial Day weekend! Welcome to the second issue of The Rubin Recap! I’m excited to continue sharing facts, insights, and more while always hearing your thoughts on all things Rubin Report. Let’s get into it!
This Week on The Rubin Report:
Although this week was a bit shorter, I made sure to cover everything you need to know and can’t wait to get you guys up to speed. On Tuesday, I covered Don Lemon’s disastrous interview on “The Full Send Podcast,” where he was confronted about the government’s COVID policies and Biden’s increasing cognitive decline. Apologies again for bringing Lemon back on the show, but this was just too good to skip. I also talked about Charlamagne tha God’s critique, AKA Lenny, of Biden’s Morehouse College commencement speech, and the surprising support for Trump among black and Hispanic communities at the South Bronx rally. I mentioned Trump’s conversation with Tim Pool about his plans for mass deportation of illegal migrants, and Biden’s Memorial Day nap caught on camera at one of the most important events at Arlington National Cemetery. I also referenced Pete Buttigiegs appearance on “Face the Nation,” and host Margaret Brennan laughing in his face after hearing his explanation for why only 8 EV charging stations had been built after an investment of $7.5 billion. While the government managed to build only 8 EV charging stations in the last four years, Tesla under Elon Musk’s leadership has managed to create over 6,000 stations globally in a shorter period of time demonstrating the incompetence of the Biden Administration.
On Wednesday, I hosted the EU-US Forum Panel Discussion and Dinner at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C., where we engaged in a critical discussion on Border Policy. The panel, composed of experts like Chad Wolf, James Carafano, Kara Frederick, Matt Mowers, and Joe Grogan, deliberated on the escalating challenges of illegal immigration in the US and EU. We examined the implications of the upcoming elections on immigration policies and border security, emphasizing the need for effective leadership and robust solutions. Remember this was an event I only shared with the Locals Community so always check for exclusive updates! The full panel will be uploaded to our subscribers next week so be on the lookout.
For my (abbreviated) Direct Message, I talked about Rashia Talib’s controversial speech at the People’s Conference for Palestine which was funded by the far-left People’s Forum and had speakers like Wisam Rafeedie, who have been linked to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, a U.S. designated foreign terrorist organization. I also discussed Roua Daas speaking openly about how pro-Palestine college protests are being used to train students for violent revolution. I tweeted about a group of students at NYU whose majors included Queering and Decolonizing Theatre Practice and The Performance of Self. I can’t even begin to imagine the amount of debt these students are in for a degree that will prove utterly useless. These institutions are curating Starbucks baristas! I also reference a resurfaced clip of a 28 year old Benjamin Netenyahu as he made some chilling observations on the Israel-Palestine conflict. In other news, I talked about Ilhan Omar and Cori Bush’s Twitter mishap where they had to delete their Memorial Day tweets because they missed the memo on what the holiday actually means. And of course, I hosted a Q&A session and answered a ton of questions from the Rubin Report Locals community.
On Thursday we discussed Robert De Niro’s press conference outside the Trump Trial in NYC where he was mocked and heckled by Trump supporters. I went on to talk about that clip on the mental institution known as MSNBC’s “Real America’s Voice,” where Ben Berquam asked Joy Reid what it’s like to have trump derangement syndrome to her face! Then I referenced Megyn Kelly pointing out a key detail of Judge Merchan’s running of Trump’s trial that proves he was denied due process by the details that were kept hidden from him and his lawyers. We moved on to Joy Bayhar’s bizarre conversation with Dr. Jill Biden about his cognitive health. I also gave some insight on Michael Malice explaining to Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh why it is likely that Hillary Clinton might force Joe Biden out of the 2024 election. To top it all off I talked about Dennis Quaid telling Piers Morgan what made him decide to vote for Trump.
We’re finishing off the week strong with an absolute all star cast on the Roundtable! Sage Steele and Riley Gaines will be talking with me about the recent South Park vs Lizzo controversy, the continued push for same sex sports competitions, Joy Reid’s horrendous interview with BRITNEY GRINER, and NBA Host’s attempt to backtrack their attacks on Kyrie Irving when he refused to get the vaccine a few years back.
This Week’s Sit Down Interviews:
In my most recent Sit-Down, I talked to Gad Saad about the increasing challenges of speaking out in academia and society. We shared our frustrations about how long standing warnings regarding cultural and societal issues continue to fall on deaf ears. Saad and I also talked about how academia is increasingly failing to address these pressing issues due to an extreme lack of courage by tenured professors. We also didn’t hold back on addressing the broader issue of societal complacency that occurs until problems become too big to ignore.
Looking Ahead:
Get ready, because this Friday I’m welcoming Russell Brand for a Sit Down conversation. We will be doing back-to-back interviews on his “Stay Free Podcast” and on our channel at The Rubin Report. The full exclusive interview will be released on Locals. Share some questions you want me to ask him in the comments below!
I’m having mixed feelings about going to New York City (add something like home of the immigration and land of the liberals)! There I’ll be doing some exciting interviews on Gutfeld, Jesse Watters and more, so make sure to stay tuned for more updates.
To watch our full interviews make sure to subscribe to our Youtube channel or become a supporter of The Rubin Report on Locals!
Dave’s Fave’s and Insights:
The long-weekend was super fun for me as I spent quality time with family and of course grilled up a storm on the BBQ. I whipped up some skirt, tomahawk, filet seasoned three ways and more. But I want to know what you guys did! How did you all spend your Memorial Day Weekend? Any recipes you want to share with me? You guys know I love trying out your recipes. Maybe I’ll try a few this week…
I also went to the movie theaters for the first time in FIVE years and saw Furiosa, the prequel to the MadMax saga. It was awesome to say the least! If you loved the first one, you will love this. I’m definitely adding it to my favorites list. I suggest you head on over to the movie theaters right now to see it. Any other shows or movies you think I should see?
Weekly Motivation:
Let’s end the week off with some motivation:
It’s all downhill from immigration. That’s why it’s so important to be informed, think for yourself and stay sane. America ain’t bad guys! We got something to fight for. I’m counting on each and every one of you to stand tall. Keep your head in the game and let’s win this fight.
