• Block & mute functions with block list management
• Alphabetization and a search function in the Members list

• Private message feature

Also, there used to be a 'View Profile' item in the user menu at the upper right of the toolbar; the one you access by clicking on your user name. That menu item is no longer there, so we cannot easily view our profiles. That makes finding our past posts less convenient. That menu item should be restored.
