Grand Rapids, Michigan had some trouble. Like other cities, there was a lot of criminal activity in the name only of honest grief. Felt like a priest found out for his pedophilia. Terror in disguise. Everyone is in agreement about the death of a man "in costody and not struggling: at the hands of the police.

So what did Grand Rapies do? Pretty much what every other city did.
