NEW PROBLEMATIC LAW against the police in Berlin:
I tried to find a good article written in English to tell you about a new law passed by the city of Berlin last week, but failed because all of them fail to get the problem of the law and think it is a step in the right direktion.

So here is the situation: The city of Berlin, which is a state in the federal Republic of Germany, and which is governed by the far left, just passed a new law addressing possible discrimination by police officers. The problem of the law is that it places the burden of prove on the indiviual officer. So if a drug dealer, with a migration backround, or a member of one of the arabian clans faces investigation, all he has to do is claim, he was only investigated because he is a minority, and then the officer has to prove that he is not guilty of any discrimination. Otherwise the suspect or any other entity is allowed to sue this officer.
