Here's an interesting experiment. I tried posting this comment, on the video below.

"@7:20 I am totally with you guys, all the way up to the incarceration rate. I think you can make a case for systemic racism from that, but you have to follow the breadcrumbs backward. Why are inner city blacks disproportionately incarcerated? Because they commit the disproportionate amount of crimes. Why do they commit a disproportionate amount of the crime? Because sixty years of Johnson Democrat welfare and public housing policies, that have decimated the black family -- and are even starting to have a serious effect on poor white families. The system required (at least initially) men to leave their families, in order to collect the benefits. You can see this in the housing plans in Detroit, and the welfare subsidies in Chicago, in the late 1960's. That wedge ruined any stability the black community could have hoped for, and created at least two generations of fatherless, hopeless men. The result...
