Regarding the virtue-signaling narrative about "White Privilege." My church has been holding online services. Last Sunday the minister's sermon annoyed me because it perpetuated the false narrative about "systemic racism" and "white privilege."

The gist of the message was that us "white" people need to make amends to black people for our "privileges," and all in the name of our spiritual "Oneness." Spiritual Oneness is a great idea because it's colorblind. However, what our virtue-signaling minister failed to see is that accusing all "white people" for playing some part in "systemic racism" is inadvertently racist.

If we are all "One" in spirit, then we should be judged, not by the color of our skin, but the content of our character.

I sent my minister this 5-minute Prager University video of Brandon Tatum setting the record straight about the false "white privilege" narrative:

If you have high school age kids I am begging you to consider urging them to have a gap year before college. Show them all the trade schools that are available and how much money they could make before their friends even graduate with their BA in Theatre (unfortunately like me). College is great but I have TWO degrees and I am working in a job that requires neither degree and I’m making peanuts. Also, the military is a great way to become independent and see the world. They do not have to be a Navy Seal and constantly deploy down range to enjoy the benefits. And some jobs are civilian applicable. Mike Rowe has a quote:
