Today I went to get dinner from Panda Express. When I arrived, I saw a Police Officer in the parking lot conducting a traffic stop. When I ordered my dinner, I asked for a $20 gift card. I then pulled up and parked across from the Officer and waited until I wouldn’t interfere with his work. I then called out to him to alert him without startling him to my presence, and then approached and told him, “I just want to thank you for your service and buy you dinner.” I would like to challenge all clear-thinking people out there to do the same whenever they have the opportunity. Police need to know they are still appreciated by the majority of people in this country. They also need a little something to lift their spirits at a time when they are all being painted with the same broad brush as the tiny number of bad apples in their midst. Don’t wait – do it today!

People often ask me why I never tweet before having coffee. This Golden Girls clip sums it up quite well...

Went for a walk with my good friend before going to work. My heart and mind are refreshed and my spirit is lifted. God is the same yesterday, today and forever, blessings to each of you according to your needs. ❤

Tased and arrested for not wearing a mask, while sitting socially distanced with her own family at a football game. What the actual F? This is NOT America. Time to resist. Take off the damn masks and resist...for the sake of all that is good and decent about is slipping away.
