Advertisers are boycotting Facebook until they stop allowing posts that aren't true and "hate speech".
If "truth" is a function of "lived experience", how can Facebook make a determination of what's true for everyone?
If the meanings of words are changing, which definition of a given word shall FB apply in determining if it's hateful?
If certain words are OK only for certain identities, and if the truths of certain identities are more true than those of other identities, is it really certain identities that these boycotters want FB to ban, rather than the "truth" or speech itself?
