Had a diversity seminar today at work. I learned:
(1) that not recognizing someone's color or culture is bad (i.e., being colorblind);
(2) And you shouldn't treat people the way you want to be treated, you should treat them the way they want to be treated. I don't know how you're supposed to know that, but I still have a lot to learn.
Golden Rule, gone just like that. It's so racist and yesterday.
