Last week's podcast episode was about a young woman who suffered an horrific stroke at the age of 24 as a consequence of brain surgery. When she woke up she couldn't do anything: not even swallow or blink.

After fifteen years her rehabilitation has come a long way. She has gone back to her job as a occupational therapist and she's a speaker now. But can you imagine being robbed of the future you had envisaged in such a cruel way? No wonder she had to work through a lot of anger and resentment and grief.

Just sat down with Kim Klacik about her appearance on The View this morning which is tearing up the Internet right now...

Therapy cooking this morning. My friend died 5 minutes after we left last night. Bittersweet. I am making his wife a pancake breakfast and bringing it to her this morning. I will be her sounding board, her shoulder to lean on and her personal chef for a while. Thank you everyone for your kind words, love and support. Hugs to you all ❤❤❤
