I can’t make this stuff up. I had to send home one of my baristas for making a customer cry over the new mandatory mask rule. I couldn’t hear the customer and her husband behind THE WALL OF PLEXIGLASS AND THEIR MASKS! They pulled them down to give their order. The barista rushes over and yells that they must keep their face properly covered. The husband says he has asthma and is having a hard time breathing. He storms out. My barista then says he has diabetes (in a very scary Batman voice implying his risk to contracting the virus) and the lady asks for a refund and starts crying. The kids are shaking. If you really want a show on the daily come watch my job!
