Home schooling in the olden days before the internet allowed me to get an education even though I had many, many orthopedic surgeries and recovery time was usually 3 months in casts. The school district provided what they called a home bound teacher (we never once tied her up). She visited me twice per week for about 1 hour. I graduated from a brick and mortar high school on time and with good grades.

My point here is that I feel children in this day and age should have no problem keeping up with their studies. I agree that the best case scenario would be for them to be in a classroom setting.

I am subscribed on Youtube to several channels who home school their children and they appear to be advanced for their ages.

Yep. People need to stop giving power to others that they are not constitutionally supposed to have.
